Dear CBC Members

As another successful year draws to a close for the Canadian Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and it is with great pleasure that we notify you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 17 May 2010 from 7pm at the Fairmont Dubai, Gulf Salon 5 for the following purposes:

(a) to elect a new executive committee of the Council;

(b) to confirm the appointment honorary auditor of the Council for the ensuing year financial year;

(c) to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the Meeting.

Come out and support the CBC and vote for the 2010/11 Executive Committee!

Members ONLY: Complimentary Deadline for registration is Thursday, May 13th, 2010.



IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that all CBC orgnaized events are non-smoking events unless the venue provides smoking facilities.

All Canadian Business Council (CBC) members and non-members who have confirmed their attendance but either do not show up at the event, nor notify the CBC of their cancellation prior the event, will be charged a no-show fee.
