You don’t need to be a genius to know that people struggle at work and leave jobs not always because of work itself, but because of other people. From managers to employees, most people are great and we love working with them, but others… not so much

About the Event
CBC Dubai together with the Australian Business Council
Workplace incivilities, often tolerated out of politeness, fear, indifference, or the hope that bad behavior will disappear, are costly for organizations. They also make life miserable, erode workplace well-being and negatively influence careers. In this morning session, we explore the nature of workplace incivilities, their costs, why relationships in fact matter, and concrete things you can do about them.
Join us for an information session by our proud CBC Member Dr. Louise Lambert Editor of the Middle East Journal of Positive Psychology, to hear some of these views, on how to Make Work Better and to tackle workplace incivilities for greater well-being.
About the speaker: Dr. Louise Lambert, PhD, is a registered Canadian psychologist, researcher and former professor with 25 years of experience in counseling, mental health, education, and primary healthcare.
