Inspired by Montreal's legendary bagel culture. Bagel Yard is where bagels are made the old traditional way.

Our bagels are baked fresh all morning seven days a week. Each bagel is individuals hand-rolled, simmered in honey-infused water, and baked in a wood-fired oven. The result is a deliciously scrumptious bagel that has the perfect little crunch, a slight chewy texture and a hint of sweetness.

Our production layout has been designed that all is within the view of anyone curious and interested to watch.
