Membership Fees All membership fees paid to the Canadian Business Council Dubai and the Northern Emirates (CBC Dubai) are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to all membership tiers: Individual, Young Business Leader (YBL), Corporate, Individual Offshore, and Corporate Offshore.

If you have a query about a payment or believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at cbc@cbc-dubai.com or +971 4 447 3237 and we will review your case.

Event Tickets Event ticket purchases are non-refundable. Where an event is cancelled by CBC Dubai, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a credit towards a future event.

Errors and Disputes If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us at cbc@cbc-dubai.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
