Dr. Constantin Frank-Fahle, LL.M., Attorney-At-Law (Germany), is a Founding Partner of emltc Ltd. (Abu Dhabi). He practiced law in Jakarta (Indonesia), Berlin and Munich (Germany), Bangkok (Thailand), and Dubai. Among other activities, he advises companies on their legal and tax-related strategies concerning investing in the Middle East, East Africa, and South Asia and complying with local content policies (ICV, IKTVA, etc.). He is a frequent conference speaker and author on topics such as local content policies, multi-jurisdictional disputes, and strategic negotiations (shareholder and commercial agency disputes). He also is a lecturer in international business law at the International School of Management (ISM, Cologne, Germany).
