Donna Glasper was the co-founder and COO of Herogo, MENA's first food tech platform fighting food waste and loss while making food more affordable. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the HoReCa sector, where she has built and grown some of the world's most well-known brands, Donna has witnessed food waste firsthand and set about enabling technology and innovative solutions to tackle this problem. Her significant experience in building high profile global brands plays a major aspect of this. Being a  professional with a digital background, supporting multi national organisations in transformation journeys and driving unfair market share has shown to be another piece of the puzzle of her being known as the Food Waste Fighter.

BrewNature

What is the BrewNature composting process?

BrewNature technology is designed to help reduce the amount of organic waste that ends up in landfills, which is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions worldwide. The technology is particularly useful in Canadian cities where there are limited composting facilities, and composting during the winter months is not feasible.
