Learn about our Cancellation Policy at the Canadian Business Council of Dubai. Understand the Cancellation Policy for seamless association services. CANCELLATION POLICY Our Cancellation Policy is applicable where a registration has been made to attend one of our upcoming events. The policy is applied in all instances regardless of the method used to perform the registration. All CBC members and non-members who have registered for an event but do not notify the CBC of their cancellation 48 hours prior to any event organized by the CBC will be charged the full fee. All CBC members and non-members who have already paid their registration fee but do not show up at the event and have not given notice of their cancellation 48 hours prior to the event will not have their registration fee reimbursed. Cancellations for all online credit card payments made 48 hours prior to the event, will incur an AED 75 cancellation fee per reservation. There will be photographs taken at the event and will be posted on the CBC website and social media. If you do not want your photograph posted, please inform the CBC office upon event registration.
