Steve Mayne and Mahesh Dalamal launched Creative Zone in September 2010. By building upon Steve’s business centre and local onshore company setup knowledge and Mahesh’s years of experience in free zone company formation, Creative Zone was created with a simple yet revolutionary model for the Middle East marketplace; to serve as a one-stop-shop with flexible payment plans for easy company incorporation and added business support services that entrepreneurs and SMEs require.

The firm started out with just 5 staff members, dealing solely as an agent for Fujairah Creative City Free Zone and only being able to accommodate clients looking to start up a consultancy or service-related
company. Anticipating client needs for different types of business sectors, Creative Zone strengthened its team and established a more dominant position in the marketplace by creating strategic partnerships with multiple free zone authorities and onshore licensing authorities. In addition, Creative Zone formed alliances with multiple business support services providers to expand its range of company setup solutions. In 2011, myOffice business center was launched under the leadership of Steve Mayne in Downtown Dubai, to offer premium serviced offices and coworking facilities.

In 2016, Jigar Sagar, the Managing Director of Creative Zone ventured to grow the business and commenced it by acquiring the Fujairah Creative City’s representative office in Dubai, UAE. Thereafter, in
2017, he played an instrumental role in proposing and securing a contract for outsourcing customer attraction and customer servicing for a free zone located in one of the northern emirates of the UAE.

Currently, the three of them manage Creative Zone Group which has expanded from Creative Zone to multiple business in sectors ranging from Serviced Offices, Free Zone Operator, Tax & Accounting,
Coworking Facilities, Trust & Fiduciary Services, Communications Centre, Lead Generation Services, Insurance Brokerage Services and Legal Consultancy Services with the mission to create a world class
ecosystem for entrepreneurs to launch, grow and succeed in their business.
